Dishin’ It: Pata Negra

Had a great dinner at Pata Negra this friday. It seems to have become one of those places where the young crowd flocks to on the weekend to celebrate the end of another week. Pata Negra is a tapas restaurant in the Utrechtsestraat in Amsterdam, spanish owned and has all that authentic spanish atmosphere that you’re looking for when you want to eat tapas: colored tile on the walls, bad lighting and Pata Negra hams hanging from the ceiling. On fridays and saturdays the place is packed so expect to wait on your table for an hour if you haven’t made any reservations.

The pictures below are horribly underlit, but it more or less captures the right atmosphere. And we wouldn’t want to do the place injustice now do we?
